Presentation: AMPLIFY

AMPLIFY is the initiative of the British Council, Somerset House Studios and MUTEK that connects a network of female artists and curators working in digital arts, and provides international visibility. The program offers networking opportunities, exhibitions, performances, residencies, workshops, creative labs and the possibility of exchange and professionalization trips.Is the initiative that connects an active network of artists and curators identified as women working in the digital arts and various immersive narrative projects in Argentina, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Peru and Great Britain. Through different cultures and experiences, the platform promotes dialogue on accessibility, inclusion and gender equality among local and international industry professionals.

The project began during the MUTEK Montreal 2018 festival, and several of the participants embarked throughout that year and 2019 on an intercontinental transit that already passed through Buenos Aires and Mexico, to finally reconnect with Great Britain. Now lands in Barcelona to amplify the network of opportunities that connect all of Spain's emerging talent.
