Presentation: MUSE ¨A New Wave in the Mediterranean¨

“MUSE, A New Wave in the Mediterranean” , is a platform designed by the Consul General of Italy in Barcelona, ​​Gaia Danese, and curated by Anna Mastrolitto (She's in Control), which aims to support the talent of women in the cultural and experimental, and is part of the ITmakES project launched by the Italian Embassy in Madrid and the Italian Consulate General in Barcelona. #MUSE has the collaboration of the Portuguese Consulate General with the Camões Institute, of Consulate General of France with the Institut Français, the Consulate General of the United Kingdom with the British Council and the Consulate General of Japan in Barcelona.

MUSE is contributing to weave a network of festivals that recognize the value of feminism in creativity, and collaborates with festivals such as Volumens in Valencia, Enso in Alicante, Mutek and Tupper in Barcelona.

MUSE supports the talent of women in the most experimental cultural and creative scene and also encourages institutional collaboration in the Mediterranean area.
