Her music began to see the light in 2017 with debut EP, followed by another in 2019 and a third in 2020, released by Hessle Audio, which catapulted her to national British fame. Since then, Anz has been a regular on platforms such as NTS Radio and BBC Radio 1 and has been awarded Breakthrough DJ by DJ Mag, establishing herself as one of the UK's most exciting diggers and mixers.
However, Anz is on everyone's lips right now for her dub sessions, made up of original productions that cover all kinds of styles and tricks that alter the tempo at the most unexpected moments. Among those championing these S/S Dubs are Resident Advisor, Crack Magazine and Danny Howard himself.
Anz makes her debut at MUTEK Barcelona in this 13th edition to present her All Hours EP, her fourth release and first with the cult label Ninja Tune. On it, she presents a whirlwind journey through the history of dance music and underground culture, tracing lines through electro, club-centric breakbeat, classic UK garage and jungle, all tied together seamlessly with Anz's infectiously upbeat style. Expect nods to seminal scenes and plenty of vibes.
