Normal StudioQC
Normal is a multidisciplinary creative studio based in Montreal, Canada. From engaging narratives to evocative scenographies filled with mermerizing imagery, lights and sounds, for us each project is an adventure that begins with an opportunity to imagine a new path from what is to what could be. Making extraordinary things happen along the way is the true destination.
They craft legendary journeys, one project at a time.
Sébastien Grenier, General Manager and Partner.
As Managing Director, Sébastien wants Normal Studio to become its customers' preferred creative partner, fostering long-lasting, innovative collaborations. To achieve this, he has restructured the teams by adding department heads, implemented new communications and sales strategies, and explored new markets internationally.

A natural with technological equipment, Sébastien imagines and masters systems that have enabled him to oversee major projects for the studio, as well as for Robert Lepage's Le Moulin à Images (Compagnie Ex Machina) and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games ceremonies.
Sébastien is an inspiring leader who guides the studio's growth with his skills in communications, dispatching and multimedia. He motivates our teams to continually innovate in their field of expertise and to seek fulfillment in their work.
