Ludovic Assémat is a political scientist by training and holds a Master's degree in international management of cultural projects. He has so far developed his professional career in both the private and public sectors in France, Argentina and Spain. He has also directed the book office of the French Embassy in Madrid, worked as a literary agent and in press offices for the DosPassos agency, and has collaborated with several cultural entities such as Radio Nacional de España and the Goethe Institut, among other institutions.
He currently directs the arts department of the British Council from which he promotes British creation in Spain and the development of exchange projects between entrepreneurs from both countries in the field of creative industries. Among other projects, she leads the #WeAreEquals program, the British institution's platform for gender equality and diversity in electronic music, which seeks to identify the future leaders of this industry to create positive change hand in hand with the main organizations and companies in this sector.
