(taxes and fees included)MUTEK ES will support in its 12th edition the fifth session of the concert series Rarefacció, presented by the visual arts production and research hub Hangar org. The event will be hosted by the Greek label Hypermedium, which seeks to give visibility to the most contemporary forms of electronic music, ranging from mutated club music to electronic decomposition, advanced computer music and rhythmic idiosyncrasies.Dave Saved (aka Neapolitan Davide Salvati) will give a twist to the psychedelic side of electronica based on fuzzy melodic structures and lo-fi, reinterpreting clubbing from his own prism. Catalan EVOL (aka Roc Jiménez de Cisneros) will show off his self-titled "computer music for hooligans", going from minimalist digital noise to frenetic sound collages and using archetypal synthesizers, programming languages and unusual sound sources. And finally, the also Italian NPLGNN (aka Giovanni Napolano) will navigate between mutant ravey sounds and the most abstract experimentation.
