(taxes and fees included)Moderated by the journalist Rosa Pérez, Carmen Zapata (MIM), Natalia San Juan (Femnøise) and Pat Quinteiro (Shesaid.so Spain) will present the work carried out by the 3 collective-movements to which they belong, all of them focused on promoting a real change in the equality of opportunities and the visibility of women creators and professionals in the music industry. Together, they will consider what challenges they face, what the short-term objectives are for achieving real change and how networking is playing a key role in achieving this.
MIM (Women in the Music Industry) which was born in 2016 with the aim of ensuring compliance with the effective equality of women and men in the music sector
Femnøise is Movement/Booking agency created to generate equal and fair agreements for women, transgender and non binary people in the electronic music scene
SheSaid.so. is a global networking platform for women in the electronic music industry. Established in September 2014, the shesaid.so community is international and diverse, comprising of women from all sectors of the music industry: record labels, artist management, bookings, tech, creative and more. With headquarters in London and LA, shesaid.so has 15 active chapters around the world including Madrid, Barcelona NYC, Paris, Berlin, Mumbai to name a few. Our vision is to connect and empower underrepresented communities in the music industry with a focus on women.
