Jorge ChikiarAR
Working as sound designer and engineer for the experimental project The Kitchen, in New York City, he collaborated and studied with artists such as Laurie Anderson, Steve Reich, Phillip Glass, Meredith Monk, and Pauline, Oliveros among others. As a composer, he won several prizes as the Gardel and Fondo Nacional de las Artes. His works have been presented in Buenos Aires, New York and London. He works as a professor at UNTREF, UNSAM (Argentina), and is a regular invited professor at the Computer Music Center at Columbia University (USA).
